Well, well...
Perhaps I'm the only one who can still remember what I have said in July: I want a respectable opponent, who is outstanding enough to inspire my inner will to compete, and perhaps he's also friendly to make me feel close to him/her. In addition, a mentor who's always wise enough to indicate a clear way, or just provide consolation, is also my need.
An opponent, a friend, a mentor. Could it be possible that three wishes, three roles, can come true at the same time?
It could, and it did!
Now I realized prayers can come true and God is with me.
A mentor, a friend, and an opponent (the last defination is not so true, though.)---Yes, she appears in my life and we became friends via merely blog messages and, I might say, one-time MSN.

Hey, I'm not saying I'm in some kind of imaginary romance with someone never met before, guys!
I'm earnestly talking about a friend, a mentor, and...I might say...a goal of English. Such well-educated native speaker's English, exceeding me in long, long distance.
"Hey, Bill, see? your English is just so-called high school English and you feel satisfied?" upon reading her English articles I was soooo amazed.
A Taiwanese, she is, right? and you, Bill??
Well-educated native speaker's English and mine is, at best, an ESL student's English.....
Then I said to myself, "She can be your imaginary opponent since you seem never find such a profund English user in recent years.
Interesting, so interesting!

I picked up some already-abandoned English novels and I started reading.
I have never felt so energetic.
"She reads a lot more than you do, Bill!"
"Never say impossible."
"Never say never."

Just allow me to keep it a secret about other kinds of friendship, perhaps only temporarily.
