These several days I just don't have good quality of sleep. Anything wrong?
Well, that may be due to the change of an important habit---I stopped jogging since Chinese new year, for the fine weather. And soon after that, my sleeplessness comes to get me again.
I've never known I'm the sort that needs so much exercise. In those days I jog, I usually run for 2km---almost every day. During that period I have no sleeping disorders. When it comes to me, sleeping pills usually don't work very well. I often toss and turn for more than an hour till I finally 'fainted' ...of course it's no good thing especially it affects the life quality and working efficiency the next day.
I'm glad that I have a cure now, really glad. I'll start my workout program to run 20 mins every day---which makes more than 2 km. After one or two weeks I'll lenthen it to 3km...and 5km is perhaps my long-term goal.
